国際配送
- 日本国外からアクセスすると、自動的に「WorldShoppingカート」が表示されます。
- WorldShoppingカートにお好きな商品を追加してください。WorldShoppingバナーの「カートに入れる」をクリックすると、購入手続きに進みます。カートに表示されるのは、あなたの国から購入できる商品のみです。

手数料
ワールドショッピングは「商品合計価格」*に10％のサービス料を請求します。商品をワールドショッピングにお届けした後、お客様には、国際配送料、手数料、その他の手数料（もしあれば）が記載された支払い依頼書がワールドショッピングから届きます。詳細はワールドショッピングの料金をご覧ください。
*商品代金合計＝（商品代金＋日本国内送料）となります。日本国内送料については、ロージリーの「 ご利用案内」をご確認ください。
決済
決済に関しても購入・発送を代行する「WorldShopping」に依頼することができます。 ワールドショッピングは、日本の商品をお客様に代わって買い取り、世界中にお届けします。
変更・キャンセル
ワールドショッピングの購入代行サービスは、お客様に代わりショップにて商品を購入するというサービスのため、一度注文した商品のキャンセル・変更はできません。ご注文前によくご確認のうえご注文をお願いいたします。詳しくは「よくあるご質問」をご確認ください。

Q.ギフト包装はできますか？
A.WorldShoppingをご利用の場合、ギフト包装・メッセージカード・ショッピングバッグには対応いたしかねます。
Q.Rosilyのポイントの付与・利用は可能ですか？
A.Rosilyのポイントはご利用いただけません。WorldShoppingをご利用の場合、ポイント付与・利用の対象外となります。
Q.カートに追加するボタンが出てきません。
A.次の可能性が考えられます。
1. 在庫が切れている商品。
2. 海外配送対象外の商品。（大型家具、自宅配送不可商品、メーカー直送品、セール商品、その他Rosilyが定める海外配送不可商品）

Q.日本国内送料はいくらですか？
A.日本円価格で、下記の通り申し受けます。 お買い上げ金額が8,800円以上(税込)の場合：送料・代引手数料無料 お買い上げ金額が11,000円未満(税込)の場合：880円(税込) ※沖縄及び離島の場合は、別途送料をお知らせします。 詳しくは、ロージリーの「 ご利用案内」の「配送について」をご確認ください。
Q.配送先を日本に指定することは可能ですか？
A.日本国内への配送をご希望の場合は、WorldShoppingカートを利用せずに、Rosilyオンラインストアで直接購入をお願いいたします。
「WorldShoppingサービスを使わない」をクリックして購入手続きへお進みください。
これにより、WorldShoppingカートが無効化され、利用できなくなります。※「閉じる」ボタンはWorldShoppingカートを小さくたたむだけの機能です。
Rosilyオンラインストアで直接購入をご希望の場合は、「WorldShoppingサービスを使わない」を必ずクリックしてください。
※Rosilyオンラインストアで直接購入の場合、代金引換もしくは日本国内発行のクレジットカードのみご利用いただけます。予めご了承ください。Q.注文から商品到着まで何日かかりますか？
A.Rosilyでは通常、ご注文日の翌日2～5営業日以内に発送いたします。土・日・祝・夏期休業・年末年始をはさむ場合はお日にちをいただきます。
国際配送については、お住まいの地域や物流状況によってかかる日数が異なります。

International Shipping
- When accessing from outside Japan, the “WorldShopping Cart” will automatically be displayed.
- Add your items to the WorldShopping cart. Click “Add to Cart” of the WorldShopping banner to proceed. The cart will only appear for items that can be purchased from your country.

Fee
WorldShopping will charge 10% service on the “Total Product Price”
*. Once we deliver the product to WorldShopping, you will receive another payment request from WorldShopping containing International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Other Fees (If any). See WorldShopping Fees for details.
*Total Product Price=(Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan).Please refer to theShopping Guide ( Rosily )for Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan.
Payment
For Overseas Delivery you can request "Worldshopping'' to buy itmes on behalf of you and to have them shipped. WorldShopping purchases Japanese products on your behalf and delivers them around the world.
Order Cancellation
As WorldShopping buys a product on behalf of the customer, we cannot accept any changes in the order (such as order cancellation, returns) once an order has been placed with WorldShopping. Please confirm all the product details before placing the order.

Q.Do you offer gift-wrapping?
A.Unfortunately, we cannot accept any order from WorldShopping to be gift-wrapped.
Q.Can I receive and use my Rosily, Ltd. membership points?
A.We are sorry that Rosily, Ltd. points cannot be awarded or used.
Q.I don't see the "Add to Cart" button.
A.Please check these following possibilities.
1. The items are out of stock.
2. The items are not eligible for global shipping. (Which include large furnitures, products that are sold exclusively in a particular store, products shipped directly from the manfacturer, sale items, or other products that cannot be shipped overseas as determined by Rosily, Ltd.)

Q.How much is the shipping cost within Japan?
A.The following fees will be charged in Japanese yen. If the purchase amount is 8,800 yen or more (including tax): Free shipping and cash on delivery. If the purchase amount is less than 11,000 yen (including tax): 880 yen (including tax). ※In the case of Okinawa and remote islands, we will inform you of the shipping cost separately. Q.Do you ship to Japan?
A.If you wish to have your order shipped to Japan, please order directly from Rosily, Ltd. Online Shop without using the WorldShopping cart.
In order to do so, please click on "Do not use WorldShopping service" and disable the WorldShopping cart.*The "Close" button only folds the WorldShopping cart into a smaller size and will not disable it. If you wish to purchase directly from Rosily, Ltd. Online Shop, please be sure to click "Do not use WorldShopping service."
*Payment options for Rosily, Ltd. Online Shop would be cash on delivery (COD) or credit cards issued in Japan.Q.How many days does it take from order to delivery?
A.Rosily, Ltd. usually ships within 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
International shipping times may vary depending on your location.
